Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w Data Science / AI z co najmniej 1 rokiem wdrożeń produkcyjnych.
Bardzo dobra znajomość React/Next.js oraz Python/FastAPI.
Bardzo dobra znajomość z Azure Blob Storage, Document Intelligence, AI Foundry.
Bardzo dobra znajomość LangGraph lub podobnych narzędzi orkiestracyjnych, prompt engineeringu i context engineeringu
Znajomość bazy danych PostgreSQL.
Biegłość w Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) oraz SQL.
Praktyczne doświadczenie w MLOps (Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
Znajomość technik NLP/OCR i pracy z danymi niestrukturyzowanymi.
Doświadczenie z platformą chmurową Azure.
Rozumienie wymogów AI Governance, AI Act.
Mile widziane:
Doświadczenie z Azure AI Search, Power Platform.
Certyfikaty Azure: Data Scientist (DP-100), AI Engineer (AI-102), AI Fundamentals (AI-900).
Znajomość branży ubezpieczeniowej oraz specyfiki procesów biznesowych.
Doświadczenie z narzędziami integracyjnymi (Kafka, ESB).
