- Has strong software engineering fundamentals and proven experience building maintainable backend services and APIs, primarily in Python.
- Is proficient in modern frontend development, working comfortably with React and TypeScript.
- Holds solid SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases, alongside familiarity with vector or specialized data stores.
- Regularly uses Docker, Docker Compose, and Git, with a solid grasp of Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and application observability (logs, metrics, traces).
- Demonstrates practical experience integrating external APIs and services, including AI and LLM-based components (streaming, structured outputs, RAG).
- Brings a pragmatic engineering mindset—taking ownership of reliability, security, and performance across the full stack.
- Communicates clearly in English and Polish, with the flexibility to adapt across different client projects, codebases, and toolchains.
