The ideal candidate:

• Has strong software engineering fundamentals and proven experience building maintainable backend services and APIs, primarily in Python.
• Is proficient in modern frontend development, working comfortably with React and TypeScript.
• Holds solid SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases, alongside familiarity with vector or specialized data stores.
• Regularly uses Docker, Docker Compose, and Git, with a solid grasp of Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and application observability (logs, metrics, traces).
• Demonstrates practical experience integrating external APIs and services, including AI and LLM-based components (streaming, structured outputs, RAG).
• Brings a pragmatic engineering mindset—taking ownership of reliability, security, and performance across the full stack.
• Communicates clearly in English and Polish, with the flexibility to adapt across different client projects, codebases, and toolchains.
• Bonus points for experience with frameworks like FastAPI/Django/Flask, alternative ecosystems (Angular, https://jobeax.com/link/JSd7UYCSg572jJDY), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), agentic frameworks/tool calling, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), or advanced observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus).
