We are looking for a practical and collaborative Senior Full Stack Engineer who wants to design and scale systems powering a modern retail platform .
You will take ownership of full stack solutions , contribute to architectural decisions, and drive improvements across backend and frontend systems in a cloud-native , event-driven environment .
Your key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop backend services and APIs using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot , making architectural decisions and evaluating trade-offs .

- Design and evolve event-driven systems using Kafka and distributed architectures.
- Work with AWS cloud services and support deployment in containerized environments.
- Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams on CI/CD , infrastructure, and observability.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis , and drive improvements.
- Contribute to technical design discussions, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices.

- Completed university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development delivering production systems.
- Strong experience with Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and https://jobeax.com/link/tzGekrj9a8ToGEDv .
- Good understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures .
- Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems.
- Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD pipelines , and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) .
- Ability to contribute to architecture discussions and work across teams.
- Strong communication skills in English and Polish , with readiness for hybrid work in Katowice .
