Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Converting strategic business priorities into clear HR actions and measurable results.
  • Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, offering expert HR guidance.
  • Matching business needs with leadership strength, workforce capabilities and future talent requirements.
  • Building strong successor and talent pools for key roles in partnership with Talent Management and TA.
  • Managing transition activities with high confidentiality, structure and change discipline.
  • Promoting culture, engagement and leadership programs that balance employee expectations with business performance.
  • Ensuring effective use of HR processes and coaching leaders on performance, development and employee relations.
  • Supporting leaders in workforce planning with focus on capability, cost and productivity.
  • Contributing to Hub development across workforce, culture, engagement and employee relations topics.

Nasze wymagania

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development or a related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • At least 7+ years of experience as an HRBP at site, regional or global level, partnering with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organization design, restructuring, workforce planning and employee relations.
  • Ability to work with pace, pragmatism, confidentiality and a strong value‑creation mindset.
  • Solid business acumen, strong relationship‑building capabilities, change leadership and disciplined execution.
