Join a large-scale core banking transformation programme focused on replacing legacy systems with a unified Nordic banking platform. We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst with strong experience in banking, CDW, reporting, data governance and data mapping. Project information Location: Gdańsk or Warsaw Working model: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office Contract: B2B Project language: English Your role Gathering and analysing business requirements Translating requirements into features and user stories Managing requirements independently through to handover to developers Supporting CDW, reporting, data mapping and data governance Coordinating dependencies across business and technology teams Working within a complex, large-scale banking programme What we’re looking for 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst Experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bank Practical experience with CDW and reporting Strong knowledge of data governance and data mapping Knowledge of SQL Experience working in a large programme involving 300+ specialists Fluent English Availability to work from the Gdańsk or Warsaw office twice per week Nice to have Experience working for a Nordic bank Knowledge of Hadoop What we offer Long-term B2B cooperation Participation in a major international banking transformation Collaboration with international business and technology teams Support from Cyclad throughout the recruitment and cooperation process
