Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java software development
Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Framework and Spring Boot
Good practical knowledge of microservices architecture and clean code principles
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Good understanding of REST API design and development
Practical experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket
Understanding of continuous integration and modern software development practices
Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

Experience with Kafka
Knowledge of Spring WebFlux
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Front-end development experience with JavaScript, Angular or React
Experience with C++ development
Knowledge of test automation concepts, tools and best practices
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
Previous experience in the financial or banking industry
