Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java applications that meet business requirements and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions
- Utilize Azure services and technologies to build scalable and efficient applications
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure high performance and reliability
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Java development and cloud computing
Our requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Java
- Proficiency in Java 18+ and Spring Boot
- Expertise in API development, including RESTful APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger
- Background in databases and ORM technologies such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Hibernate/JPA
- Skills in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically Azure
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus and Splunk
- Competency in testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, and Mockito/JBehave
- Understanding of messaging and integration using Kafka and REST
- Qualifications in security and authentication with OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security
- Capability to work with microservice architecture style
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
Optional
- Experience working in the financial services industry
- Certification in Azure or related cloud technologies
- Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Flexibility to use Kubernetes
