We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Fullstack Developer to join our team and be responsible for the development, integration, and maintenance of modern backend solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend applications. Integrate systems and participate in migration projects. Create and develop RESTful APIs. Build and maintain CI/CD processes and automation. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams in an Agile environment. Provide production support, analyze incidents, and take actions to improve service reliability. Make technical decisions aligned with the organization’s strategy and standards. Share knowledge, mentor team members, and actively contribute to raising engineering standards. Requirements Minimum 6 years of software development experience, working in both Waterfall and Agile environments. Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs. Experience with system integration and/or migrations. Knowledge of DevOps, Agile, and Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD). Experience with databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. Practical knowledge of CI/CD and developer process automation. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Ansible, Git/GitHub, and SonarQube, or their equivalents. Knowledge of test automation frameworks, e.g. JUnit. Ability to make sound technical decisions and take ownership of quality and outcomes. Experience with mentoring and knowledge sharing. Nice to Have Experience with Spring Cloud and/or MuleSoft. Knowledge of Seeburger BIS, EDI, or similar integration solutions. Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis. Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies. Experience in frontend application development. Experience with production support, incident management, and improving service reliability.
