Your responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable, event-driven microservices within the CLP credit workflow application.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure the high-quality delivery of system features.
Define, implement, and enforce standards for code quality, testing, and code reviews.
Mentor and guide less experienced developers, fostering technical excellence within the team.
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and OpenShift.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems via REST APIs and asynchronous messaging with RabbitMQ.
Leverage domain-driven design (DDD) principles and incorporate AI tools for SDLC efficiency.
Ensure the system’s architecture adheres to best practices in security, performance, and scalability.

Our requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in back-end development, especially in Java.
Deep expertise in RESTful API design and implementation.
Practical knowledge of distributed system architecture and microservices design.
Hands-on experience with messaging systems, particularly RabbitMQ.
Proficiency with DevOps tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins, and OpenShift.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
Experience working in Agile and CI/CD environments.
