EPAM is seeking a Senior Java Software Engineer to serve as a Technology Lead for a product team delivering investor-facing solutions for the world's second-largest asset management company — a global financial services leader managing trillions in assets and serving millions of investors worldwide. The client is driving a major digital transformation focused on agility, innovation, and automation, built on a completely cloud-native AWS architecture with a strong emphasis on serverless and microservices. EPAM operates as a strategic engineering partner with end-to-end product ownership — from ideation through post-production. In this role, you will provide hands-on technology leadership for full-stack backend development, including microservices, APIs, and data store design — while guiding the team through legacy modernization and cloud-native architecture adoption. This role requires availability to work from the office 3 times a week in Krakow or Gdansk.
