About the project, We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a global Project & Change Management Team and support a strategic digital acceleration initiative., , The project focuses on accelerating the adoption of a customer training and Learning Management Solution (LMS) across multiple affiliates and regions. In this role, you will bring structure, coordination, and execution discipline to a complex global initiative, working closely with the Project Lead and Project Core Team to translate strategic direction into clear plans and ensure effective delivery.

Your responsibilities, Own day-to-day project management, translating project objectives into clear plans, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, and actions,, Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, including schedules, milestones, resources, and workstreams,, Coordinate activities across the Project Core Team, ensuring dependencies and handovers are visible and actively managed,, Track progress against the agreed scope, schedule, resources, and quality expectations, identifying deviations and coordinating corrective actions,, Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring mitigation actions have clear owners and timelines,, Escalate topics requiring decisions from the Project Lead or Steering Committee,, Manage the project according to the organizational framework and maintain required project management and governance documentation,, Coordinate preparation for phase gates, including deliverable readiness and Definition of Done,, Establish and maintain an effective project operating cadence, coordinate project meetings, and ensure decisions and actions are documented and followed through,, Prepare concise project status reports covering progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and required decisions,, Ensure the Project Lead, Steering Committee, and relevant stakeholders have reliable information supporting effective decision-making,, Maintain project plans, reports, and governance documentation and ensure consistent use of relevant project management tools and systems.

5+ years of professional experience, ideally including global strategic project or program management,, Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate objectives into structured plans, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, and actions,, Experience with structured project governance, lifecycle, or phase-gate methodologies,, Hands-on experience with project management tools, preferably https://jobeax.com/link/LeyQ27NGLfy1QT3j,, Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams and senior management,, Ability to facilitate alignment and ensure timely decisions and progress across multiple stakeholders,, Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to organize complex information and turn ambiguity into clear actions, owners, and decisions,, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex project information into clear status updates and decision points,, Proactive and hands-on mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to anticipate issues and follow through on actions,, Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional, and matrix environment,, Fluency in English.
