Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer specializing in AI and Generative AI. This role is designed for a technical "builder" who thrives in the space between experimental Proof of Concepts and production‑level implementation.

Working directly with the Lead Architect, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing high‑stakes AI solutions, writing robust Python code for LLM integration, and presenting innovative architectural designs to key stakeholders. This is a high‑visibility role within an organization currently undergoing a significant AI transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑End Development: Lead the development of Python‑based AI solutions, moving fluidly from initial POC stages to near‑production level code.
• Architectural Strategy: Support the Lead Architect in designing scalable solutions, focusing on process orchestration and fast‑paced testing.
• Stakeholder Management: Gather requirements and present technical milestones to stakeholders, demonstrating the feasibility and value of experimental AI models.
• Advanced Orchestration: Define and implement robust architectures for distributed systems, ensuring reliability in complex, regulated environments.
• Ownership & Delivery: Take independent ownership of specific project modules, from technical discovery to final delivery.

Qualifications

Senior Python Expertise: 4+ years of professional experience in Python development, with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, and data analysis.

Generative AI & LLM: Proven hands‑on experience with:

RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) architectures and Vector Databases .

Prompt Engineering and framework mastery (e.g., LangChain , LlamaIndex).

Deep understanding of how LLMs function under the hood.

Infrastructure & Environment: Solid experience with Linux and Cloud platforms.
