O nas WearTech dostarcza urządzenia i infrastrukturę subskrypcyjną dla ekosystemu smartwatchy (cWatch) i tabletów (cPanel), wykorzystywanych przez klientów z sektora retail i hospitality. Skalujemy nasz backend, żeby sprawnie obsłużyć rosnącą liczbę urządzeń, klientów i integracji. O roli Szukamy Senior Python Developera, który weźmie na siebie rozwój i optymalizację usług backendowych obsługujących komunikację urządzeń mobilnych: smartwatchy i tabletów. To rola głęboko techniczna — zależy nam na osobie, która potrafi samodzielnie projektować, implementować i utrzymywać wydajne mikroserwisy, a także rozwiązywać trudne problemy związane z warstwą sieciową i integracjami zewnętrznymi. Zakres odpowiedzialności • Projektowanie i implementacja mikroserwisów oraz aplikacji backendowych w Pythonie. • Optymalizacja warstwy sieciowej i rozwiązywanie problemów z łącznością (opóźnienia, zrywanie połączeń TCP, stabilność komunikacji z urządzeniami). • Integracja systemu z systemami zewnętrznymi klientów . • Utrzymanie i rozwój infrastruktury komunikacyjnej między urządzeniami a backendem. • Dbanie o jakość kodu — code review, testy, dobre praktyki inżynierskie. • Bliska współpraca z Tech Leadem i zespołem Android. Wymagania (must-have) • Min. 4–5 lat komercyjnego doświadczenia backendowego. • Praktyczne, udokumentowane doświadczenie w projektowaniu systemów rozproszonych lub chmurowych. • Biegła znajomość Pythona oraz jednego z frameworków: FastAPI, Django lub Flask. • Biegłość w obsłudze baz relacyjnych (PostgreSQL) i nierelacyjnych (MongoDB, Redis). • Bardzo dobra znajomość protokołu MQTT (QoS, retencja) oraz konfiguracji brokerów (Mosquitto, HiveMQ, EMQX). • Solidna wiedza z zakresu inżynierii sieciowej (routing, TCP/IP, load balancing). • Umiejętność pracy z Docker i Git, doświadczenie w środowisku chmurowym (AWS/GCP/Azure). • Wyższe wykształcenie techniczne (informatyka lub pokrewne). • Znajomość angielskiego min. B2. Nice-to-have • Doświadczenie z projektami IoT i urządzeniami typu wearables.
