5+ years of hands-on Python development experience .
Strong knowledge of OOP and software design principles .
Experience designing maintainable software or test architecture.
Practical understanding of threading, multiprocessing, and concurrent I/O .
Understanding of Python's GIL and its impact on I/O-bound and CPU-bound workloads.
Hands-on experience with pytest .
Working knowledge of NumPy, SciPy, pandas, matplotlib, and PyVISA .
Strong engineering practices, including clean code, testing, and code reviews.
Technical background in engineering, physics, optics, or a related field .
