Zakres obowiązków: Długofalowa współpraca z międzynarodową, topową firmą consultingową, świadczącą usługi IT dla dużych i średnich firm z różnorodnych sektorów. Rozwój i utrzymanie systemów Salesforce CRM w tym Salesforce Org, Salesforce Frontend reports/GUI oraz CRM Analytics, zapewniających skalowalność i wysoka wydajność platformy. Analiza, projektowanie oraz tłumaczenie wymagań biznesowych na kod Salesforce Apex i konfiguracje, z zachowaniem zasad clean architecture oraz best practices. Zarządzanie wdrożeniami za pośrednictwem GitHub Actions oraz obsługa incydentów w celu utrzymania stabilności systemu. Ścisła współpraca z interdyscyplinarnymi zespołami i zarządzanie interfejsami systemowymi. Stack i koncepcje wykorzystywane w projektach: Platformy i narzędzia: Salesforce Org, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Flows, Salesforce Inspector, CRM Analytics, Salesforce Data Cloud, Confluence, Jira, GitHub/GitHub Actions, Microsoft Teams, VS Code, Języki i frameworki: Salesforce Apex, JavaScript, SQL, SOQL, SAQL, SQLAlchemy, Systemy operacyjne i CI/CD: Linux, Jenkins, Wizualizacja i analityka: Tableau, CRM Analytics GUI/Frontend. Oczekujemy: Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w pracy z systemami Salesforce lub CRM w środowisku agile. Praktycznego doświadczenia z Sales Cloud, Salesforce Flows, Salesforce Inspector, CRM Analytics oraz Apex, popartego umiejętnością dostarczania skalowalnych rozwiązań CRM wysokiej jakości. Bardzo dobrej znajomości narzędzi: Confluence, Jira, GitHub/GitHub Actions, Microsoft Teams oraz VS Code, wspierających nowoczesne praktyki wytwarzania oprogramowania i CI/CD. Silnych umiejętności w obszarze SQL, SOQL oraz SAQL, a także praktycznego doświadczenia z narzędziem Tableau w zakresie analityki i wizualizacji. Posiadania co najmniej jednego certyfikatu Salesforce. Dobrych umiejętności komunikacyjnych oraz płynności w języku niemieckim (minimum B2). Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B2 lub C1 umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację w międzynarodowym środowisku. Mile widziana dostępność ASAP; akceptowalny jest maksymalnie miesięczny okres wypowiedzenia ze skutkiem na koniec miesiąca.
