Senior SAP ABAP Developer – HCM 100% zdalnie B2B Start: 01.12.2026 ⏳ Projekt: 13 miesięcy, z możliwością przedłużenia Duże środowisko enterprise Poszukujemy doświadczonego Senior SAP ABAP Developera specjalizującego się w obszarze SAP HCM. Rola obejmuje rozwój i modyfikację rozwiązań w modułach HR, utrzymanie systemu SAP ERP, wdrażanie nowych funkcjonalności oraz integracje z systemami zewnętrznymi. Zakres roli programowanie i rozwój rozwiązań SAP ABAP / ABAP OO w obszarze HCM, tworzenie i modyfikacja raportów oraz ekranów dialogowych, rozwój rozwiązań z wykorzystaniem Fiori, SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms i Web Dynpro, projektowanie i rozwój rozszerzeń: SAP Add-Ins, Badi, Enhancement, User Exits, BAPI, realizacja integracji z systemami zewnętrznymi poprzez RFC i Web Services, implementacja i rozwój SAP Workflow, analiza wymagań oraz przygotowywanie koncepcji technicznych zmian, współpraca z konsultantami funkcjonalnymi SAP HCM, biznesem oraz innymi programistami ABAP, udział w utrzymaniu oraz projektach rozwojowych i wdrożeniowych. Wymagania minimum 10 lat doświadczenia w programowaniu ABAP w obszarze SAP HCM, minimum 5 lat doświadczenia jako samodzielny konsultant/developer w dużych przedsiębiorstwach lub jako lider w dużych projektach wdrożeniowych, bardzo dobra znajomość ABAP oraz ABAP OO w SAP HCM, doświadczenie z User Exits, BAdI, BAPI oraz Enhancement, doświadczenie w projektowaniu i realizacji interfejsów SAP HCM z innymi systemami, znajomość RFC, Web Services, Workflow, doświadczenie z technologiami Fiori, SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms lub Web Dynpro, podstawowa znajomość zagadnień związanych z autoryzacją i uprawnieniami SAP, umiejętność samodzielnej analizy wymagań, projektowania zmian oraz szacowania ich pracochłonności i ryzyka. Mile widziane doświadczenie w obszarze SAP ABAP w projektach migracji SAP HCM do S/4HANA.
