Na tym stanowisku będziesz odpowiadać za projektowanie, rozwój i utrzymanie rozwiązań SAP HCM wspierających obszary kadr, płac, czasu pracy i struktury organizacyjnej. Będziesz współpracować z interesariuszami biznesowymi oraz zespołami IT przy realizacji zmian regulacyjnych, rozwoju integracji systemowych i wdrażaniu nowoczesnych rozwiązań technologicznych wspierających procesy HR.
Zadania, które na Ciebie czekają:
Rozwijanie i utrzymywanie systemu SAP HCM wspierającego obszary kadr, płac, czasu pracy oraz struktury organizacyjnej.
Realizowanie zmian regulacyjnych oraz rozwijanie istniejących i nowych procesów HR w modelu end-to-end.
Projektowanie i rozwijanie rozwiązań w SAP HCM, w tym infotypów, raportów i struktur danych odpowiadających na potrzeby biznesu.
Tworzenie i rozwijanie integracji pomiędzy SAP HCM a systemami zewnętrznymi z wykorzystaniem technologii REST i SOAP.
Udział w projektach rozwojowych i transformacyjnych związanych z SAP Fiori, UI5 oraz nowoczesnymi rozwiązaniami frontendowymi
Zapewnianie stabilności, jakości oraz ciągłości działania kluczowych procesów kadrowo-płacowych.
Współpraca z analitykami, partnerami biznesowymi oraz zespołami IT przy realizacji inicjatyw wspierających rozwój obszaru HR.
Współtworzenie i wdrażanie rozwiązań, które usprawniają codzienną pracę użytkowników oraz rozwijają środowisko SAP HCM.
Sprawdzisz się w tej roli, jeśli:
Posiadasz min. 5 lat doświadczenia w programowaniu w ABAP, w tym ABAP Objects, i swobodnie poruszasz się w obszarze rozszerzeń SAP, takich jak User Exit, BAdI czy formularze.
Dobrze znasz moduły SAP HCM, szczególnie obszary Kadry (PA), Struktura Organizacyjna (OM) oraz Czas Pracy (PT), i potrafisz wykorzystać tę wiedzę w codziennej pracy projektowej.
Masz doświadczenie w rozwijaniu i utrzymaniu rozbudowanych rozwiązań tworzonych na potrzeby klientów oraz w integracji systemów SAP z innymi aplikacjami.
Potrafisz samodzielnie analizować potrzeby biznesowe, proponować optymalne rozwiązania i skutecznie doprowadzać zadania do realizacji.
Lubisz współpracę z innymi, sprawnie komunikujesz się z użytkownikami biznesowymi oraz zespołami technicznymi i potrafisz budować partnerskie relacje.
Posługujesz się językiem angielskim na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację w środowisku projektowym (min. B1/B2).
Masz doświadczenie w pracy z SAP SuccessFactors [mile widziane].
Posiadasz znajomość technologii Fiori/UI5 [mile widziane].
Posiadasz praktyczna wiedza z zakresu Elektronicznych Akt Osobowych [mile widziane].
Masz doświadczenie związane z kadrowo-płacowym SAP BW [mile widziane].
Posiadasz znajomość SAP Content Server [mile widziane].
