About our team

You will work at the intersection of Marketing and Technology, supporting a portfolio of SaaS platforms used for areas such as social media management, media monitoring and webinar delivery.

Your role will be to understand business problems, evaluate proposed initiatives and recommend feasible solutions. You will help Marketing make informed investment decisions by clarifying expected value, costs, dependencies and delivery requirements.

You will also lead selected initiatives from discovery to implementation, working with internal technology teams, external vendors and SaaS providers.

What you'll be doing

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Partner with Marketing stakeholders to understand their needs and strategic priorities.
• Translate business ideas into clear use cases and solution options.
• Assess the value and feasibility of initiatives involving data, SaaS integrations, automation and AI.
• Challenge proposed solutions and identify simpler or more cost-effective alternatives.
• Prepare high-level architecture, delivery estimates, cost ranges and dependency assessments.
• Define MVPs and support investment decisions.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams, vendors and technology providers.
• Lead at least one selected use case from discovery into production.
• Ensure that proposed solutions meet security, privacy, compliance and architectural requirements.
• Contribute to a realistic and costed MarTech roadmap.

Who you are

This is the right role for you if: You combine strong product-discovery and stakeholder-management skills with practical technical knowledge. You are comfortable working with loosely defined ideas, asking difficult questions and turning uncertainty into actionable recommendations. 

Your background and skills include: 

• Several years of experience in MarTech, digital platforms, enterprise applications or a similar area.
• Experience translating business needs into feasible technology solutions.
• Practical understanding of SaaS APIs, system integrations, data platforms and automation.
• Familiarity with AI use cases and their practical limitations.
• Experience estimating delivery effort, costs, dependencies and total cost of ownership.
• Experience working with mixed delivery models involving internal teams and external suppliers.
• Working knowledge of data privacy, security and AI governance.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, low-code platforms or prototyping tools would be an advantage.
