Skills and attributes for success

To excel in this role, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of the platform and exhibit confidence when working through implementation, customization, or maintenance projects. This may be demonstrated through:

• Outstanding knowledge of NowPlatform architecture with a minimum of 4+ years of experience
• Experience in product customizations, integrations, implementation, or maintenance
• Experience in project activities as a ServiceNow Technical Lead in Integrated Risk Management (GRC)

To qualify for the role, you must have

• At least 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification for IRM
• Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java, or others)
• Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM and GRC

Ideally, you’ll also have

• English (C1) or other European languages would be an advantage, but not mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a technical field or an economic field
