Your role As a SIAM Operations Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services across a complex, multi-vendor environment. Working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, you will oversee service performance, maintain high service quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in service management will help align IT services with business needs while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and operational excellence. Your tasks Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual commitments and agreed SLAs, proactively monitoring performance and identifying improvement opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding business needs and aligning service delivery accordingly. Lead day-to-day operational activities within assigned service areas and collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective service delivery. Coordinate internal and external service providers to achieve seamless end-to-end service delivery across the service landscape. Act as a key operational interface between suppliers, service towers, and client stakeholders. Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs and SLAs, taking corrective actions and supporting service recovery when required. Drive continuous improvement by identifying enhancement opportunities and facilitating service review and improvement planning sessions. Support Service Delivery Managers in managing service teams and provide guidance to junior colleagues where applicable. Your profile You have proven experience in IT service management, ideally in a client-facing role. You bring experience as a Service Manager or Service Delivery Manager within a complex IT environment. You have a strong understanding of the ITIL framework and its practical application. You have experience working in multi-vendor environments and are familiar with SIAM (Service Integration and Management) principles. You understand supplier governance, service integration, and end-to-end service management. You can analyze service performance data and use insights to drive service improvements. You demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation (or higher) and SIAM Foundation are an advantage.
