Software Development Team Lead Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy Software Development Team Leada, który będzie odpowiadał za rozwój zespołu oraz dostarczanie rozwiązań wspierających kluczowe systemy biznesowe organizacji. To rola dla osoby, która potrafi budować zaangażowane zespoły, usprawniać procesy wytwórcze i skutecznie łączyć potrzeby biznesu z możliwościami technologicznymi. Główne zadania: Tworzenie środowiska pracy wspierającego efektywną współpracę, rozwój kompetencji i realizację celów zespołowych Zapewnianie terminowego dostarczania rozwiązań poprzez właściwe planowanie, koordynację oraz optymalizację pracy zespołu Współudział w definiowaniu kierunku realizowanych projektów technologicznych oraz ich przełożeniu na działania operacyjne Dbanie o jakość procesów, promowanie dobrych praktyk inżynierskich i ciągłe usprawnianie sposobu pracy Wspieranie zespołu w usuwaniu przeszkód wpływających na realizację projektów oraz podejmowanie działań minimalizujących ryzyka Budowanie relacji z partnerami biznesowymi i zespołami technicznymi w celu zapewnienia transparentnej komunikacji oraz skutecznej realizacji inicjatyw Monitorowanie postępów prowadzonych działań i raportowanie kluczowych informacji dotyczących realizowanych projektów Zapewnienie stabilnego rozwoju i utrzymania systemów wspierających działalność biznesową organizacji Wymagania: Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu zespołów lub koordynowaniu projektów w środowisku IT Umiejętność organizowania pracy wielu osób przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu koncentracji na celach biznesowych Zrozumienie zależności pomiędzy architekturą systemów a procesem dostarczania oprogramowania Doświadczenie w środowisku Agile i praktyczna znajomość frameworków zwinnych Swoboda w prowadzeniu rozmów z różnymi grupami interesariuszy, od zespołów technicznych po przedstawicieli biznesu Znajomość nowoczesnych praktyk związanych z dostarczaniem oprogramowania i zarządzaniem jego jakością Umiejętność identyfikowania priorytetów oraz podejmowania decyzji w dynamicznie zmieniającym się środowisku Język angielski umożliwiający efektywną współpracę w środowisku międzynarodowym Mile widziane: Doświadczenie techniczne lub programistyczne (.NET) Oferujemy: Udział w projektach związanych z rozwojem i utrzymaniem kluczowych systemów biznesowych Stabilną współpracę w organizacji stawiającej na rozwój technologii i kompetencji pracowników Dostęp do szkoleń, programów rozwojowych i inicjatyw wspierających rozwój zawodowy Pakiet benefitów wspierających zdrowie, aktywność fizyczną oraz codzienny komfort pracy
