Your responsibilities, Design, build, and maintain robust and reusable Java services for risk calculation and reporting., Collaborate closely with globally distributed teams (Asia, UK, Poland) across business and technology domains., Support the platform: resolve incidents, perform monitoring and problem management., Take part in the full product lifecycle: problem discovery, prototyping, design, and implementation., Actively contribute to Agile and DevOps culture, ensuring continuous improvement and streamlined delivery., Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

2+ years of experience in hybrid software development and business analysis roles., Strong Java programming skills with knowledge of software lifecycle best practices., Familiarity with Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) or OTC clearing business domains (a plus)., Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline, and Agile methodologies., Excellent communication skills for working in globally distributed teams., Self-motivation and willingness to learn new technologies and domains., Tech Stack & Tools:, Java SE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Apache Beam, Apache Flink, Redis, REST APIs, Jenkins, Ansible, Cloud platform: Google Cloud Platform
