O stanowisku Poszukujemy doświadczonego Solution Architect (Pega), który będzie odpowiedzialny za projektowanie i rozwój architektury rozwiązań zgodnych ze strategią organizacji, wymaganiami biznesowymi oraz standardami bezpieczeństwa. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie współpracować z międzynarodowymi zespołami, wspierając realizację nowoczesnych rozwiązań dla sektora finansowego. Zakres obowiązków Prowadzenie strategicznych dyskusji architektonicznych mających na celu ograniczenie złożoności rozwiązań, zwiększenie efektywności organizacji oraz optymalizację kosztów. Projektowanie kompleksowych rozwiązań zgodnych z architekturą korporacyjną, standardami technologicznymi oraz wymaganiami regulacyjnymi. Analiza obecnego i docelowego krajobrazu aplikacyjnego oraz infrastrukturalnego, identyfikowanie zależności, ryzyk i obszarów wymagających usprawnień. Tworzenie oraz utrzymywanie dokumentacji architektonicznej, obejmującej: diagramy procesów biznesowych, diagramy architektury systemów, modele danych, dokumentację projektową. Ścisła współpraca z architektami, analitykami biznesowymi, właścicielami produktów oraz zespołami deweloperskimi w celu zapewnienia spójności projektowanych rozwiązań. Wsparcie procesu przekazywania rozwiązań do międzynarodowych zespołów odpowiedzialnych za implementację. Wymagania Must have Doświadczenie na stanowisku Solution Architect lub pokrewnym. Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. C1) umożliwiająca swobodną współpracę z międzynarodowymi interesariuszami. Doświadczenie w projektowaniu rozwiązań oraz tworzeniu dokumentacji architektonicznej. Umiejętność przekładania wymagań biznesowych na rozwiązania architektoniczne. Znajomość platformy Pega. Doświadczenie w sektorze Financial Services, w szczególności Retail Banking. Znajomość wzorców integracji frontend-backend. Doświadczenie z technologiami integracyjnymi: REST, Kafka, CI (Continuous Integration). Znajomość architektury mikroserwisowej (Microservices) oraz Micro Frontends / Micro Web Apps. Mile widziane Znajomość frameworków frontendowych, takich jak Angular lub React. Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku Enterprise. Znajomość standardów architektury korporacyjnej oraz governance.
