Creating and updating planograms in line with category strategy, collection calendars, and company standards.
Optimizing product placement and space allocation based on sales data, product assortment parameters, and available space.
Verifying product lists, product dimensions, codes, images, and other data required for planogram preparation.
Ensuring the quality and accuracy of planograms before publication and implementation in stores.
Collaborating with the Commercial, Visual Merchandising, and Allocation teams to prepare and implement changes.
Analyzing the results of implemented solutions and recommending improvements.
Delivering tasks and projects on time, in accordance with agreed schedules.
Our requirements
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in space planning, planogram development, merchandising, or a similar role within the retail industry.
Practical knowledge of the planogram creation and implementation process, as well as the principles of effective retail space utilization.
Very good knowledge of Excel and confidence in working with data.
Ability to analyze sales performance and translate data into actionable recommendations regarding product displays.
Accuracy, independence, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with various business functions.
English language skills sufficient for day-to-day business communication.
Knowledge of Blue Yonder planogramming tools, particularly Data Manager, will be a strong advantage.
Independence and accountability for assigned tasks.
