About the project, We are looking for a skilled Senior SQL Developer to join our global Identity & Access Management team. In this role, you will be the technical expert for Microsoft SQL Server environments that support business-critical identity services. Your focus will be on ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our SailPoint platform, with responsibilities including performance optimization and cloud migration. Your responsibilities, Administering, optimizing, and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server databases supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ, Designing, implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting complex SQL Server replication environments across on-premises and cloud platforms, Resolving performance bottlenecks, replication latency, locking, deadlocks, transaction log growth, and concurrency issues in highly transactional environments, Managing SQL Server high availability and disaster recovery solutions, including Always On Availability Groups, replication, log shipping, and mirroring, Delivering SQL Server upgrades, patching, migrations, and cloud transformation initiatives with minimal downtime, Supporting database performance tuning, backup/recovery, capacity planning, and operational stability, Owning incidents, problems, changes, and project deliverables while collaborating with global technical teams and stakeholders

Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration and optimization, Deep expertise in Azure SQL and incident management, Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and its database requirements, Strong command of SQL Server replication, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions, Practical experience in performance tuning and operational excellence in database environments, Advanced level of English

Optional, Experience with cloud migration strategies, Familiarity with database security best practices, Intermediate level of Spanish
