Opis stanowiska Dla naszego klienta z sektora finansowego, poszukujemy Squad Leada, który poprowadzi zespół rozwijający enterprise’owe rozwiązania AI, obejmujące LLM, AI Agents, RAG, Conversational AI oraz cloud-native AI services. Główne obowiązki : Prowadzenie zespołu i end-to-end delivery. Zarządzanie priorytetami, planowaniem, ryzykiem i zależnościami. Współpraca z biznesem oraz interesariuszami technicznymi. Zapewnienie governance, security i production readiness. Wsparcie rozwoju architektury i kierunku technologicznego rozwiązań AI. Mentoring zespołu i koordynacja współpracy cross-functional. Job description For our client in the financial sector, we are looking for a Squad Lead to lead a team developing enterprise-grade AI solutions, including LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Conversational AI, and cloud-native AI services. Key Responsibilities: Lead the team and oversee end-to-end delivery. Manage priorities, planning, risks, and dependencies. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams. Ensure governance, security, and production readiness. Support the development of AI architecture and technology direction. Mentor team members and coordinate effective cross-functional collaboration. Znajomość środowisk cloud, preferowane AWS. Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie Doświadczenie w Conversational AI, Voice AI, AI Platforms lub MLOps. Experience required Key Requirements: Experience in AI Transformation / AI Delivery. Proven experience in leadership and stakeholder management. Knowledge of Agile, process engineering, and governance. Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and AI solution architecture. Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably AWS. Excellent written and spoken English. Experience with Conversational AI, Voice AI, AI Platforms, or MLOps.
