Staff DevOps & Platform Engineer w Polska

• 8+ years of experience in platform and DevOps engineering.
• 6+ years of enterprise-scale Kubernetes administration.
• Strong programming proficiency in Go and Python .
• Mastery of modular Terraform , OpenTofu , or Pulumi .
• Production experience designing OpenTelemetry collector topologies.
• Proven track record building deterministic, idempotent workflows with state-machine frameworks.
• Demonstrated track record of authoring cross-team RFCs and establishing operational SLOs/SLIs.
• Direct experience integrating LLM tool-calling, agentic triage workflows, or RAG-based runbook retrieval into incident response loops.

For our client operating in the renewable energy industry , we are looking for a Sr DevOps & Platform Engineer to work on defining, architecting, and scaling an Internal Developer Platform (IDP), enterprise GitOps workflows, and autonomous self-healing infrastructure. In this role, you will act as a technical authority across the engineering organization, focusing on eliminating developer friction, enforcing automated zero-trust security guardrails, scaling multi-cluster Kubernetes systems, and building closed-loop AIOps pipelines.
