The role involves preparing financial statements, coordinating audits, ensuring GAAP reconciliation, and driving process improvements across the region.
Responsibilities
Prepare annual financial statements according to Local GAAP requirements for group entities
Reconcile Local GAAP and US GAAP reporting standards
Manage statutory calendars and coordinate with external auditors on requests and findings
Support tax compliance through provisions and return preparation
Identify and implement accounting process improvements and policy standards
Requirements
Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years financial accounting experience in international settings with statutory accounts knowledge
IFRS accounting, ACCA, or CIMA certification preferred
Proficiency in Excel and SAP
Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
Critical thinking and strong multitasking capabilities
