AbbVie seeks a Statutory Reporting Controller for its Finance Shared Services center in Kraków to manage local statutory accounting and reporting for EMEA entities. Responsibilities
- Prepare annual financial statements according to Local GAAP requirements for group entities
- Reconcile Local GAAP and US GAAP reporting standards
- Manage statutory calendars and coordinate with external auditors on requests and findings
- Support tax compliance through provisions and return preparation
- Identify and implement accounting process improvements and policy standards
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years financial accounting experience in international settings with statutory accounts knowledge
- IFRS accounting, ACCA, or CIMA certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP
- Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
- Critical thinking and strong multitasking capabilities
- Business acumen and presentation skills
