Your responsibilities
We are looking for a Supply Chain Activation Specialist who will be responsible for following up and managing deliveries from suppliers located in Poland and other CEECs to ensure material availability for projects held in CAF factories in Spain and other locations
Actively work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and reduce supplier lead times
Monitor supplier delivery performance and production capacities
Manage supplier delivery non-conformities
Identify risks in material supply and take evasive action to ensure continuity of supply i.e. change requests, production bottlenecks etc.
Escalate and foresee supplier performance issues to the relevant function i.e. procurement, quality, etc.
Manage free issue of material as & where applicable
Ensure materials are received and booked in correctly to avoid line delays
Act as the key interface between project management, procurement & manufacturing regarding supplier delivery and performance matters
Control and report on all aspects of supply chain activities.
Our requirements
University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration, preferably at a technical university
Hands-on experience (>2 years) in supply chain field
Knowledge of supply chain and material requirements planning practices
Solid data analytics skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on finding common ground in challenging situations.
Experience working in a high-level collaborative multicultural environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to stay motivated, positive, and focused whilst working in a pressured environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to manage tasks independently
Availability for travel within the country and abroad, driving license is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2)
Proficiency in Polish language.
