About the project

Your role

As a Systems Expert - Reporting & Analytics Platforms, you will manage and enhance the enterprise reporting ecosystem, ensuring reliable access to business-critical insights and performance reporting. You will oversee reporting platforms, data services, and governance processes while driving automation, data quality, and continuous improvement across reporting and analytics solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Administer and support PR+, MicroStrategy, and related reporting platforms.
• Manage SQL-based reporting environments, databases, and data services.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and stability of reporting solutions.
• Monitor data quality, reconciliations, and reporting controls.
• Maintain reporting standards, metadata, access controls, and governance processes.
• Provide L2/L3 support and resolve reporting, dashboard, and data-related issues.
• Support month-end, management reporting, and business reporting cycles.
• Deliver reporting enhancements, automation initiatives, and user experience improvements.

Our requirements

• 8+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data management environments.
• Strong experience administering enterprise reporting and analytics platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL databases, reporting data structures, and data services.
• Experience with reporting governance, data standards, metadata, and access management.
• Proven ability to manage data quality, reconciliations, and reporting controls.
• Experience supporting financial, operational, or management reporting processes.
• Track record of delivering reporting automation, platform enhancements, and process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Business, Finance, Data, and Technology teams.
