Strong experience with TWS/IWS (IBM Workload Scheduler) in large-scale environments
Ability to resolve batch processing errors rapidly and efficiently
Familiarity with Horizont IWS Graph, BatchCP, BatchAD, and XINFO
Knowledge of IBM-DWC (Dynamic Workload Console) is an advantage
Excellent communication and coordination skills, including experience engaging with global stakeholders
Proven experience in incident escalation, service recovery, and operational risk management
Nice to Have
Experience with automation tools , CI/CD processes, and enterprise optimisation initiatives
Background in financial services or similarly regulated environments
Understanding of mainframe job scheduling integration with distributed platforms

This role involves delivering operational solutions, leading infrastructure engineering activities, and ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of global batch scheduling environments . You will take ownership of incident resolution, automation efforts, and process improvements , working in a complex and highly regulated environment.
