Twój zakres obowiązków Zarządzanie i wspieranie zespołu deweloperskiego pracującego w metodyce Agile. Współtworzenie wizji rozwoju usług integracyjnych oraz roadmapy produktu. Współpraca z Product Ownerem, architektami, developerami oraz klientami biznesowymi. Analiza potrzeb biznesowych i projektowanie skalowalnych rozwiązań integracyjnych. Udział w przygotowywaniu koncepcji oraz dokumentacji technicznej dla klientów. Wsparcie zespołu w rozwoju integracji, rozwiązywaniu incydentów oraz zarządzaniu zmianą. Zapewnienie wysokiej jakości i ciągłości działania usług integracyjnych dla klientów końcowych. Optymalizacja procesów oraz wdrażanie dobrych praktyk w zespole. Nasze wymagania Komercyjne doświadczenie z Boomi Enterprise. Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu zespołu deweloperskiego lub technicznego. Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. C1). Znajomość projektowania i rozwoju platform integracyjnych. Praktyczna znajomość REST/SOAP API, XML, JSON. Bardzo dobrze rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne– szukamy osoby otwartej, elokwentnej i nastawionej na współpracę. Doświadczenie w pracy w metodykach Agile. Mile widziane Znajomość Golang, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript oraz SQL. Wiedza z zakresu wzorców integracyjnych (ETL, integracje czasu rzeczywistego, event-driven). Znajomość zagadnień związanych z bezpieczeństwem integracji oraz Quality Assurance. Doświadczenie z platformami chmurowymi GCP lub AWS. Znajomość systemów CRM, ERP oraz branży telekomunikacyjnej lub e-commerce. Oferujemy Udział w międzynarodowym projekcie dla lidera branży telekomunikacyjnej.
