Your responsibilities
Providing Level 1 remote technical support via telephone, email and ticketing systems.
Handling support requests relating to renewable energy sources, such as photovoltaic inverters and energy storage systems, in accordance with established policies and SLA parameters.
Guiding installers step-by-step through the process of troubleshooting, remote configuration and firmware updates.
Working closely with the L2 support team through clear documentation and follow-up actions.
Maintaining high-quality technical documentation in the CRM/ticket system and contributing to the global knowledge base.
Our requirements
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering.
Fluency in one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Dutch, Greek, Lithuanian or Czech (minimum C1).
A sufficient knowledge of English to communicate effectively (B2).
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and coherently.
Customer focus, reliability under pressure and confidence in an international environment.
Good self-organisation, attention to detail and conscientiousness in carrying out assigned tasks.
Communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Optional
Knowledge of photovoltaics and energy storage systems
Experience in technical support or customer service in technical roles (help desk).
