Trainee in Chief Control Office Department w Warszawa, Polska

Responsibilities

• Supporting the employees of Chief Control Office Department in day-to-day matters, in particular: process of procedures implementation in the bank, monitoring of execution of permanent controls performed by departments present in the bank, process of management of agreements with third parties

• Learning about processes related to operational risk management in financial institution

• Preparing reports and presentations in scope of department’s activity

• Assisting in preparation of documentation related to business continuity management

Profile required

We expect from the candidates:

• Student status for the entire duration of the internship (economics, finance or banking-related studies)

• Availability to work minimum 30 hours per week

• Proficiency in Polish and English

• Knowledge of MS Office (advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint). Knowledge of VBA will be an additional advantage

• Analytical thinking skills

• Ability to work in a team as well as independently

• Ability to work under time pressure

• Very good work organization

• Commitment and accuracy

• Teamwork skills
