In this role, you will play a key part in driving business transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the GBS organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Quality Assurance or Process Excellence, preferably within a global SSC/GBS environment,
• solid understanding of Finance processes, particularly General Ledger (GL/R2R),
• proven experience in process improvement, productivity initiatives and/or transformation projects,
• strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization,
• experience in managing productivity or savings initiatives and reporting measurable results to senior management,
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights,
• good working knowledge of SAP and MS Office/Excel,
• experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage,
• fluent English, both written and spoken (at least B2 level).

Responsibilities

• monitor and improve the quality and efficiency of GBS processes,
• identify root causes of issues and drive corrective and preventive actions,
• lead process improvement and transformation initiatives across GBS,
• identify and track productivity and cost-saving opportunities, including FTE savings,
• manage the GBS productivity pipeline and measure the impact of improvement initiatives,
• work closely with FP&A to validate savings and financial benefits,
• define and monitor key KPIs and quality metrics and report results to senior management,
• partner with Finance, Operations, IT and other teams to implement process improvements and automation,
• support teams in adopting best practices and continuous improvement standards,
• monitor the sustainability of implemented improvements and ensure expected benefits are delivered,
• identify risks and proactively address potential issues affecting productivity and performance,
• promote a data-driven culture and continuous improvement mindset across GBS.
