As a Manager, Value Proposition Management you will play a vital role in supporting the design and delivery of high-impact business initiatives across the Campaign Team in the Commerce Organization at Allegro. You will take ownership of indicated cross-functional programs with a focus on execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for building a high-performing team that seamlessly drives cross-functional collaboration while delivering on ambitious targets and executing your strategic action plan
Your main responsibilities:
Value Proposition Design: skilled at translating technical features into clear business benefits, mapping user journeys, and tailoring the offer to specific market needs
Structure complex business problems and conduct analysis and develop insights on Consumer, brand and internal customer needs
Manage complex cross-functional projects, delivering results in timely manner
Design commercial process improvements and inspire growth through data-driven solutions
Align diverse groups to achieve shared goals - effectively manage stakeholders and ensure alignment across various teams
Identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery
Report on results and the impact of implemented actions, providing regular updates on program progress
Strong leadership by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent while driving performance management, capacity planning, and operational standards that foster seamless VPM-PM collaboration
This is the right job for you if you have:
Analytical & problem solving skills: Ability and experience in solving complex business problems, and deriving business insights based on data
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and align diverse groups towards shared goals; proven ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across diverse teams
At least 3 years of professional experience in Marketplace, E-commerce, Consumer industries, or top-tier consulting with a focus on consumer-related projects
People leadership: Proven track record of attracting, hiring and retaining best talent in the organization
Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain clear and transparent communication channels and provide regular updates
Results Reporting: Experience in reporting on results and the impact of implemented actions
